Your conversation

This adviser is an AI application, not Sascha, and can make mistakes. When you submit a question, we send it with a bounded part of your conversation and selected knowledge prepared for this advisory purpose to OpenAI. The answer is generated and checked there. The connection uses Codex through the operator's existing ChatGPT account. Please do not enter passwords, access tokens or confidential customer information.

Your browser stores the conversation on this device. New conversation or clearing the website's data removes this local copy. Storage failures are shown in the interface. The server keeps no conversation archive and does not write conversation content into application logs. Deleting browser data does not delete information already sent to OpenAI. Its processing, retention and international transfers follow the applicable terms and data controls; see OpenAI's privacy policy.

The main website's topic links contain only a predefined topic and language. Opening one starts that question or adds it to your existing conversation here. Conversations from the former archived SKYYWARE chat are not imported.

Email draft

When you choose the action to create an email draft, a short summary of the same bounded conversation is generated and checked by the provider above. Normal chat replies do not trigger this preparation. You can open the completed draft to request@skyyware.com in your email application. It is not a complete transcript and can be edited before sending. The chat sends no email and books no services. Only you send it from your email application, where your email provider's terms also apply. The server keeps no archive of these drafts.

Operation and contact

The chat sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools. Fonts and design assets load from www.skyyware.com under the same operator. For operation and protection, the web server processes technical access data including IP address, time, requested path and response status. The application does not store chat text in these access records.

Providing the requested conversation and handling a contract-related enquiry serve preparation or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Technical operation and protection rely on the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Incoming emails are retained to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable legal retention duties.

Where the legal conditions apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg. The adviser makes no decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
